Roaming estimate: which plan costs less for your travel?
Canada + USA + Mexico costs $10 more per line each month than Canada-Wide ($120 per year). On Canada-Wide, roaming in the USA or Mexico needs a Rogers Travel Pass at an additional cost. If you travel to the USA or Mexico more than one day a month, Canada + USA + Mexico is usually the better value.

Standard carrier terms from Rogers or the applicable carrier apply, including fair-use and primary-usage rules. Roaming is not a hard trip length, but a carrier can treat a plan as being used mainly outside Canada if most voice, text or data usage occurs in the USA or Mexico over an extended period. That can lead to warnings, roaming restrictions, or a request to move to a more appropriate service arrangement.

Details worth knowing
Approval: Rogers approves the account and sets the terms. Device financing, business accounts, and tablet or watch lines can affect what is possible. We check your lines before anything changes.
Automatic Payments: the pricing shown includes a $5 per month discount. Without Automatic Payments your pricing may be $5 a month more.
Payments: monthly charges are set up with Rogers directly. Cellebrate never takes monthly payments. Our only charge is the $174 one-time arrangement fee for each line we arrange, which is paid to us and does not appear on your Rogers bill.
Timing: a plan change can take a few days to settle. Your first bill may be higher than the price you chose, because it can carry prorated charges for both plans and part of the next cycle billed in advance. Our arrangement fee never appears on that bill. Tell us right away if the recurring amount still does not match.
If we cannot complete it: contact us to discuss what happened. Your payment is prepaid funds for the arrangement work, not a purchase, and the funds that were not used are refunded to you.

Prices are in Canadian dollars per line, per month, and applicable HST, GST, QST or other taxes are extra. The $25 and $15 monthly prices include a $5 per month Automatic Payments discount. Without Automatic Payments your pricing may be $5 a month more. Data is per line and is not shareable. The $174 arrangement fee applies to each line we arrange, is paid to Cellebrate, and is not subject to CCTS complaints or CRTC regulation. The carrier may change pricing and add-ons after your plan is active.
