Start with your name, cell number and email. You then add a line in your account and answer the remaining questions there. Rogers approves the account and any service changes.

Signing up does not guarantee the plan. Monthly accounts are post-paid accounts on the Rogers network only and are subject to Rogers' credit worthiness decisions and underwriting, including Rogers' terms and conditions, which may prevent Cellebrate from offering the plans where applicable. Some plans cannot be changed because of prior cellular agreements. Once a change is made it cannot be reversed. Cellebrate's arrangement fee is prepaid funds for the arrangement work, not a purchase. If we cannot make the change, the funds that were not used are refunded. Rogers may change pricing or plans afterwards, and we cannot guarantee how long either will remain available. Rogers can periodically audit accounts and change rate plans, so how long a plan lasts is at your own risk. We have not had any issues to date.
